To my Muslim friends, you don't have to worry. You may go and dine in with your loved ones into this cafe KOTA when Francis meets Rempah. Their foods are Nyonya foods and it is HALAL. So, you don't have to worry, be happy!

I would love to say thank you so much to God that he allows me to meet you in Facebook and we become friends and slowly we become best friends. I am so thankful that you invited me into The Butterfly Project Malaysia which I could meet so many friends and keep improving myself and my blog as well. Until now, we have been knowing each other for 3 years plus already. I am still thankful to God and our friendship counting to the end. I love you, my BFF!

Our signature blue Nyonya rice plate incorporating various flavourful sides into one impressive ensemble

Spices, Peanut, Brown Sugar, Lemon Grass, Ginger, Rice, Turmeric, Chicken
We restructured traditional Malay satay with our modern cooking of chicken roulade stuffed with rice, roasted peanut with brown sugar and herbs

A refined version of the famous Penang prawn noodles taking the form of Italian capellini with bisque reduction and sous vide' quail egg

Overall, I am giving this cafe 5/5 because I love the cozy environment and the cafe is clean with great air-conditioner. The foods that I love in this cafe are Satay, Hokkien, Kari, Appetizer one. All of them are so delicious. The beverages that I love is Pandan Milk. It is super duper delicious. The desserts I can say that none of them I love. Hahaha. Well, it is depends on different people different taste. These are my opinion about the foods, beverages and desserts they have served to me.

[SPONSORED #PRODUCTREVIEWBYMISSJASJAS] SPONSORED UNICORN CAKE WORKSHOP @ FUN OVEN PASTRY DELIGHT, JALAN MACALISTER, PENANG


Hello blackies and whities, have you ever found what are your passion? Actually, I have a lot of passion such as writing, cooking, baking, making pillows for myself and so on. Hahaha. I am so thankful to Miss Doreen whom Fun Oven Pastry Delight owner sponsored me this Unicorn cake workshop. I am so excited to bake my own Unicorn cake. 


I forgotten to take pictures before processing. There are 5 people included me who gonna make our Unicorn cake together. The owner Miss Doreen prepared the rainbow cake for us and we need to apply the cream on top of the cake and around the cake. Then, we need to do the unicorn, ears and eyes by using icing white. I can tell you it is quite difficult to do the decoration but if you have passion, nothing is difficult. But how to bake a cake? Miss Doreen did taught us by pouring corn flour, 4 eggs and water into the mixer. Once done, you pour a bit of organic coloring (whichever you love) or you don't want to pour any coloring, you can use dark chocolate, white chocolate and other ingredients for your favourite flavor of cake. You just need to melt them and mix it together. That's all. It is very simple for baking. No need to be so headache about it.
