[#BUTTERFLYMISSJASJAS] HEALTH AND WELLNESS WORKSHOP @ HILTON KUALA LUMPUR

I am glad to be part of The Butterfly Project Malaysia since 2014. Thank you The Butterfly Project Malaysia for giving me this chance to attend 3 workshops and enjoy the facilities in Hilton Kuala Lumpur

The first workshop I have attended is Clay Mask Workshop by Naturally Handmade. I am so excited to make my own clay mask. There are 5 types of clay masks for us to choose from : green clay, red clay, pink clay, bentonite and rhassaoul clay. Anyway, I chose green clay because it was referred to as sea clay or marine clay due to the quarries being found in the ancient marine beds and is superbly detoxifying. In addition to decongesting problem complexions, its toning action stimulates the skin by bringing fresh blood to the surface, tightening pores and exfoliating dead skin cells.

These are the products by Naturally Handmade

Briefing video by Miss Bavani

There are 7 types of Superfood powders we can choose from : mango, pomegranate, lavender, mint, calendula, aloe vera, tangerine. I chose lavender and mint because I love lavender scent and at the same time, I love cooling effect when I applying on my face.

Thank you Miss Bavani for giving me this chance to learn how to make my own clay mask. I guess I know how to make my own clay mask next time.

The 2nd workshop that I have attended is Aromatherapy Oil-Blending. Those who know me very well, I superb in love with essential oils very much. I used to diffuse several essential oils that I love every night which are lavender, peppermint and lemon. For every morning, I used to diffuse orange essential oil for freshness and motivate myself too. This brand that Dashindra wanted to recommend is Plant Origins. Plant Origins is available in Signature Market.

Briefing by Dashindra

Thank you for giving me this chance to make oil-blending (goodnight sleep) for myself and my sister due to some our personal issues. How to make goodnight sleep essential oil? You need to pour 10 drops of lavender, 8 drops of sweet orange and 2 drops of vetiver and mix with carrier oil. I didn't pour 2 drops of vetiver because I couldn't accept the scent at all. Just lavender and sweet orange. It is depends on you that how you want it to be which are in soft, moderate or high scent for yourself to apply it on your skin and pour into your own diffuser.

This is the last workshop that I have attended is self-care session by Minnie Chang. This is the session where you can express out your feeling, your personal issues, difficulties in your life and others. Most of them told out their personal problems but for me, I couldn't tell out because I really couldn't tell out. I was crying that time and I couldn't even close my eyes to breathe in and out. I still feeling grateful to enjoy these 3 workshops with all my dear friends and met up with new friends as well.

Thank you very much to Hilton Kuala Lumpur for allowed us to celebrate another gathering for us and enjoyed the 3 workshops too. Also, thank you to Miss Jacqueline for brought us around into the spa and gym as well. I am so in love with their gym and massage rooms very much. There are sauna, jacuzzi and swimming pool too. Also, I have a good news for you, my beloved readers!!

[SPONSORED #MISSJASJASXFNB REVIEW] BEN'S CHARCOAL CHICKEN @ LORONG KURAU, BANGSAR, KUALA LUMPUR

Good afternoon my dear readers! Those of you staying in Bangsar area, there is a cafe named Ben's Charcoal Chicken. It was located at Lorong Kurau, Bangsar. Ben’s Charcoal Chicken's interior design is spartan and minimalistic. The phrase “burn baby burn” is immortalised in bright white neon lights. Ben’s Charcoal Chicken’s ambience and design is a reflection of our kitchen’s philosophy of producing simple fare with dramatic flair.

Their dishes are prepared over the brisk flames of a charcoal fire. It was featured as modern BBQ dishes, designed by Keith Choong from Hit & Mrs, this menu is about contemporising global cuisine cooked over the age-old technique of charcoal fire.

[SPONSORED #MISSJASJASXFNB REVIEW] THE MAJAPAHIT @ MARC RESIDENCE KLCC

Last month, I went to Kuala Lumpur for this superb "atas" restaurant named The Majapahit Restaurant and Bar with my friend. It was located in Marc Residence KLCC. The Majapahit Restaurant & Bar is a vibrant space and it was specializing in Southeast Asian cuisine, predominantly Thai and Indonesian foods.

This KLCC outlet opened in late January this year after the huge success of its first outlet in Arcoris Mont' Kiara. The kitchen is helmed by Head Chef Pak Isan Santibi who hails from Medan, Indonesia. The menu draws inspiration from the mighty Majapahit empire which during its glory days stretched over the entire countries are Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Brunei, Sulu Archipelago, Philippines and East Timur.
