Dear my beloved readers! What are your expectation when you're staying in hotels? My expectation on staying in hotels are
1. I make phone call to the hotel, I want the person to talk with me politely and happy voice when on the phone with me
2. I need a staycation which the staffs very polite and when I need anything, the staff will come back to me soon
3. I want the hotel, room and bathroom are super clean because I have allergies on my body skin and UTI
4. I want the water pressure is big enough for me to brush teeth, bath and wash my private part (I am serious).
First of all, I would like to say thank you very much to Riccarton Capsule Hotel bosses and one of the boss named Mr. Dennis Lim for my 4D3N staycation at this Deluxe Suite when I am in KL before Christmas. Those who staying in Capsules, the staffs will be give slipper, towel and their Riccarton Capsule Hotel recycle bag. After check-out, you can put into your wet slipper and towel into the baskets provided. The recycle bag you can take back home. They do provides wheelchair for those who are disability.

You can go to their ROOF GARDEN and you can see their vending machines. There are so many items you can purchase from them :)
As I mentioned as above, I want my room is clean and neat. So, everything I saw and I took pictures of them was perfectly clean and neat. In their every rooms, it has 2 sets of tea cup w/ tea plate and several packets of coffee/tea, mini fridge, safety locker and hangers. Also, you can watch tv channels and even Youtube on their Smart TV. Then, their bathroom will has 2 toothbrushes w/ toothpaste, 2 shower caps, a bottle of shampoo, a bottle of body wash, 2 pieces of towels and a floor mat. The most important part I love from their room which it has Do Not Disturb and Please Clean Up. If you on Do Not Disturb, people from outside press your bell and you won't get to hear from them. If you on Please Clean Up, the cleaner will come and clean your room. Lastly, I love this room very much because it has my favourite thing - BATHTUB!! I can enjoy my own spa into it. Their bathtub can allow 2 people go into it. Hahaha. Anyway, my feedback towards the hotel, their staffs politeness, capsule (I stay at their Double Capsule before), room (I stay at their Double Deluxe Room before) and now (Deluxe Suite) are 5/5!! I will come back and stay at here if I got come to KL again.
